The company was founded in 1893 and employs a staff of approximately 3,400 in Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Luxembourg and Serbia. It has been traded at the Swiss stock exchange since 2000.

Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to strengthen their Online Marketing Service.

You will work closely with the diverses Online Marketing, Data, Product & IT teams in order to audit and develop exponentially the performance marketing potential of our company portfolio to the next level!

Responsibilities:

  • Implement dashboards in order to optimize in depth performance marketing channel
  • Analyze data, identify trends, deliver reports to support analyses and operational online marketing needs
  • Develop recommendations to changes the operational marketing strategy, optimize the efficacy of performance marketing spend based on qualitative or quantitative analyses
  • Maintain online marketing driven ETL and work on performance marketing driven large data sets over our diverse data warehouse in close collaboration with our cross functional teams and companies
  • Recommend and test search marketing data driven automation

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Statistics/IT or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language (French and German would be considered bonus)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with various digital advertising platform and their api, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Searchmetrics
  • Working knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Spreadsheet, Google Big Query/Google Data Studio/Tableau/Qlikview
  • 2+ years of hands-on data driven experience for diverse scale of companies within business/marketing/data analytics
  • Experience in reporting on advertising channels, customer insights and LTV analysis
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Proven track in a query language such as SQL or equivalent
  • Experience working with Javascript and Google Adwords script library
  • Working knowledge on ETL
  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity, with laser focus on execution
